Small compact room but had all the necessary features and more. I was surprised with the number of outlets and light controls installed in the room. The AC/heater worked really well which is necessary in the winter and summer temps. I’m a small person so I was very comfortable, but I would advise against bringing more than two luggages. It was tight with just my one check-in and backpack. Location is away from the hustle and bustle but within 12 min walking distance of 5 stations (the cheaper routes that connect to the touristy places like Shinjuku and Shibuya require you to start from Asakusabashi, and I usually ended up taking the metro back to Kodemmacho. Within walking distance of a Lawson, 7-11, and Family Mart take your pick. Staff were super friendly. They set up my luggage forwarding request without any issues and answered all my questions.

Located close to train stations and convenience stores (food is much better at Japanese convenience stores than North American ones), helpful staff, AC in room, good amenities for price paid. Even though the room is small, there was space under the bed for luggage, a mini fridge, and a desk, and they had wall hooks and hangers -- note: because my sister and I are just over 5', the height of the bathroom ceiling was fine; however if you are closer to 6' and above it may feel cramped. We liked the complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable: razors, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair cap, towel for scrubbing body, facial tissues). We also liked the complimentary instant coffee and matcha - there is a kettle in the room and they provide disposable cups.

Everything is very well organized, there is no noise, the room is very secure, the minimalism in the room, the staff is super friendly, the cleaning kit is extremely useful, the refrigerator, the desk, that I can store the luggage below the bed and don't have to see them during the rest of the day, the yukata, the big screen/tv with the tailored amount of content, very good A/C, huge mirrors (I can use my laptop in the desk while watching the television reflected in the mirror) and the location is just couple of steps to the subway station (then I could visit the rest of the city efficiently, Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc all reachable in 20 to 30 minutes max) and its a 15 minutes walk to Akihabara or 21 to Ueno, or about the same ro Marunoushi.

The location was close to several subway stations on different lines, so it was easy to get everywhere. One of the stations is just around the corner. You can walk to Akihabara in 20 minutes. Several markets around that work even late at night. And food in Japanese markets is really delicious and of high quality. The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The room is cleaned (sheets changed) once in three days. Breakfast was delicious, but there were just 4 options and they are pretty much alike. It was ok for me, but if you stay longer you may want something else. The staff was nice, actually like everywhere in Japan - hospitable, respectful, polite.

The warmth reception of the staff on night duty as we reached the hotel about 12+ in the morning, checking in was a breeze. We reserved 3 rooms and requested that they were side by side as we were travelling with young children. The rooms were very clean and they maintained the cleanliness till the day we checked out. They replenished the toiletries and coffee everyday, thank you as we needed the coffee. The reception staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Some spoke very good English but fret not as there's always a Goggle Translate. thank you APA Hotel Nihombashi Bakuroyokoyama Ekimae for making our stay a fantastic and memorable one.
